This young mare is shaping up to be a versatile mare. 15.1 hh approx. She has competed in Trail challenges and won both open and jackpot divisions in her first competition. (Video on the left) She has been to the mountains where she was both packed and ridden on a 6 day pack trip. (Video below) She was shown at a local open show placing very well in pleasure, horsemanship and the ranch stake class. (Video below) I have used her for riding lessons and she has did very well under the guidance of my 8 year old niece. (Videos below are the first time she rode her with no warm up).
Her 2015 full sibling PRR Pistols N Scotch was just named high point SPHC 13 & Under youth in Saskatchewan. Another PRR horse (PRR Classy Whiskey) was high point 13 & under in Alberta. PRR horses have a reputation of being good solid, honest youth horses. Tali would be great for a youth, novice or amateur.
She will excell in the the show pen but be versatile enough to trail ride and do the ranch classes as well. Will do english, western and ranch events. Currently in cow horse training for ranch horse events in 2024.

Well what an incredible little mare this young lady turned out to be. Super talented and athletic with a can do attitude for anything you ask of her. 90 days of training she is tracking cattle, roping )heading & heeling) the roping dummy and break away roping. She found a new home without having to do any outside advertising. She will stay here at the ranch for a few months while her new owners get used to her and develop relationship they can build onto.
